THANKS AND SPECIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

THE 24 HOUR TRIAL ORGANISING COMMITTEE WOULD LIKE TO THANK EVERYONE WHO HAS HELPED IN ANY WAY TO THE SUCCESSFUL RUNNING OF THIS YEARS EVENT.

COUNCILS

REGIONAL COUNCIL OF GOYDER, MID MURRAY COUNCIL, LIGHT REGIONAL COUNCIL

These councils support the ‘24’ by allowing the use of their roads so that the event can be run. Spectators and competitors are asked to respect these roads and keep all areas clean and tidy.

SPONSORS

We thank Yamaha Motor Australia for becoming the new major sponsor of the 24 Hour Trial, and also for supplying the sought after finisher’s medallions and certificates,
and the outright winners trophy.

THANK YOU also to PARADISE MOTORS MAZDA & YAMAHA YMF, the events corporate sponsors.

 FUEL SUPPLY

We thank the two service station owners for staying open for the duration of the event to provide fuel for the competitors, officials and spectators.

This year we thank Graeme & Rae Materne of the Truro Golden Grill and the Mobil
Kapunda Service Station, run by John Diamantopoulos.

COMPUTER SCORING

Many thanks must go to Ean Murby and Jenny Bennett for their help with the setting up and continued running of the computer scoring system.

CONTROL KEEPERS

Thanks go to all Clubs and individuals who operate the controls.
We also acknowledge the individuals who are involved in running Route & Safety checks.

CATERING & MERCHANDISE SALES

This year we once again thank the Kapunda Hospital Fundraising Committee for supplying all the competitors and officials with meals, as well as the Kapunda Homes Auxiliary for running the excellent canteen at the Trotting Complex.
We also thank the Kapunda Cubs & Scouts for selling our highly sought after programme and brand new for 2006, merchandise.

ACRM & ST JOHN AMBULANCE - KEEPING IT SAFE

Big thanks go to the Australian Citizen Radio Monitors, St John Ambulance and St John Ambulance Volunteers for keeping a watchful eye over all the competitors.

LAND OWNERS

Without these people the 24 Hour Trial could not be run. The land we ride through is their livelihood, so please respect and treat their land and properties with care.

Please, no littering, camping, entering in vehicles or damaging their properties.
This will ensure that the '24' will survive long into the future.
